Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced District Manager to oversee three locations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across the district.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
- Monitor and analyze district performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor store managers to ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and support staff development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall efficiency
- Manage profit loss within the district by controlling expenses and maximizing revenue
- Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and brand awareness

Qualifications:

- 5 years of retail/restaurant management
- Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, profit loss management, and process improvement
- Strong background in supervising teams, business development, leadership, and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated track record of achieving targets and driving results at the district level
